How do I place an order?
You can call us directly at (212) 234-2344. All phone orders require a 50% deposit. If you place your order in the shop, you can pay the deposit or in full.
Do you have any cakes available same day?
We stock our display case display with a limited selection of 7" and 8" round, two-layer butter and red velvet cakes for last minute celebrations. We do our best to accommodate last-minute orders but cannot guarantee availability or customization. Please call ahead for availability.
How far in advance do I need to place my order?
That depends mainly on the decorations. Anywhere between 2 days and 2 weeks' notice may be necessary. But a good rule of thumb, the sooner the better.
What is your cancellation policy?
We do not offer cash refunds. We can issue a store credit which is valid for 6 months.
Do you make custom-designed cakes?
Yes. When you place your order, we will talk with you to design a cake to your specifications.
Do you sell mini cupcakes?
We sell traditional size cupcakes and large cupcakes which can be compared to a muffin size. Mini cupcakes can be made by special order.
Is there a minimum order for cupcakes and muffins?
Yes. All cupcakes and muffin orders must be made in quantities of 12. However, there is no maximum order as long as the order is placed within the necessary time frame.
Do you offer gluten-free items?
Yes, we sell gluten-free cupcakes.
Do your products contain nuts?
Our shop is not a nut-free and some of our products do contain nuts.
Do you deliver?
Deliveries are limited to wedding and large cake orders.
Do you ship?
We do not currently ship orders.
